Turn off power. Tag and remove floats.
Turn off power. Tag and remove floats.
Reconnect power to panel. Place one piece of insulated jumper wire across Pump Off float terminals. Place another insulated jumper wire across Pump On float terminals. One pump should turn on and remain on for the duration the jumper wires are applied to the panel.

Remove both jumper wires. Pump should turn off. Place one piece of insulated jumper wire across Pump Off float terminals. Place another insulated jumper wire across Pump On float terminals.
