This short questionnaire is the Mental Health Continuum Short Form (MHC-SF)
- a widely validated measure that assesses Mental Health focusing on three key areas of emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
The results will tell you where you currently sit on the scale of Mental Health from Flourishing to High Risk and offer practical tips to boost your mental health and well-being.
