Move Hand/Off/Auto switch to Auto position.

When float circuits are closed, Stop and Start/Lead indicator lights will be lit when float is active.

Add jumper wire to Stop and Start/Lead circuits. When float circuits are closed, Stop and Start/Lead indicator lights should be lit when the power is turned back on.
