Emphasis on process or result

I believe that the way you do something is just as important as the final result.

It’s important to me to understand how to do things step - by - step in the standard procedure, so that I can follow that procedure exactly.

There is always a “proper” or “right” way to do anything, and it’s important to find out what that is.

If everyone does things their own way or style, it will lead to disorganization and confusion.

It’s not enough for me to get just the “bottom line” information. I am uncomfortable if others don’t provide broad and detailed information about reaching the bottom line
