On review of systems, she reports that she is seeing an ENT specialist due to hearing problems and they have sent genetic testing which showed a mutation on chromosome 22. On exam, she has bilateral posterior subcapsular cataracts with 20/25 distance vision OU. Glare testing shows a decrease in vision to 20/40 OU.
