Settle the Debate: How Do You Prefer to Volunteer?

I want to choose volunteer dates, have handouts, and use sign-up sheets. I like being able to plan around my schedule and have a date to put on my calendar.

I don't actively plan to volunteer, so I like helping without the commitment of sign-ups. When I have free time, I just want to be able to find something nearby and go help.
