Yes, everyone knew how the plan was to impact their job and there was clear direction as to how we were going to meet the growth, quality, service, and physician relations goals.
Some people understood the plan better than others, it hard to know what next steps should be once the plan was complete.
No one really knew what to do with the plan once it was finalized.
Was everyone supportive and onboard with hospital’s last strategic plan?
Yes, there was a feeling of organization-wide buy in, everyone seemed to understand the plan and seemed in agreement with the goals.
It didn’t feel like everyone fully brought in to the plan and its goals and there was disagreement within the leadership team about certain aspects of the plan.
No one outside of the team who created the plan was on board with the final outcome and the goals presented.
