Check both fuses. Do fuses need to be replaced?

Is control / alarm voltage connected? Use volt meter to test. Neutral for alarm is also the Neutral for the control circuit. See schematic to verify. Images may vary depending on the panel and features.

Compare pump voltage on the top side of the contactor compared the bottom side of the contactor. Are the voltages equal? Images may vary depending on the panel and features.

Disconnect all voltage. Tag and remove the Off, Lead On and Lag On floats.
