Patient-oriented psoriasis area and severity index tool

The patient-oriented psoriasis area and severity index tool (PO-PASI) is intended for patients with chronic plaque psoriasis and their healthcare professionals to help them estimate their PASI score.  
 
A PASI score evaluates the area affected by psoriasis and its redness, thickness and scaliness in each of four zones: the head and neck, upper arms, trunk, and lower limbs.
 
You will be shown some sketches and photographs of the body part (eg, head and neck). Choose which best represents the total area affected by your psoriasis. Your psoriasis might have a smaller plaques, and they may be in different sites from the pictures, but together they should roughly equal the area shown.
 
Then you will be shown a selection of close-up photographs of psoriasis in each body part. You'll be asked to choose which most resembles your psoriasis in that body part in terms of redness, thickness, and scaling. 
 
The tool will record your results and calculate the total PASI score.
 
There are 16 questions in total. It will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete the task. If you make a mistake or change your mind, click on 'Refresh the page' in the question header to start the tool again.

The patient-oriented psoriasis area and severity index tool (PO-PASI) is intended for patients with chronic plaque psoriasis and their healthcare professionals to help them estimate their PASI score.
