Do both contactors operate (pull in) on hand mode (aka manual operation)?

Disconnect all power to the panel or turn the Control On/Off switch to the Off position if applicable.
Disconnect all power to the panel or turn the Control On/Off switch to the Off position if applicable.
Switch the HOA switches to the Auto position.
Switch the HOA switches to the Auto position.
Tag the floats and remove them from the terminal block in the panel.

Place a jumper wire between positions 3 and 4 of the Stop circuit.
Place a jumper wire between positions 3 and 4 of the Stop circuit.
Place a jumper wire between positions 5 and 6 on the Lead circuit.
Place a jumper wire between positions 5 and 6 on the Lead circuit.
Reconnect power to the panel.
Reconnect power to the panel.
Turn the Control On/Off switch to the On position. Two things should happen: 1) one of the pumps should start, and 2) the stop and start float LED's should illuminate. Some panels have Pump Run indicator lights. Did these both happen?
