PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS

PAYS

Your pay cycle is weekly. Our week runs from Thursday (First day) to Wednesday (Last day) over a one week period. Pay is transferred from the company account within 3 working days but normally on Fridays. Pays will be automatically deposited electronically into the bank account details provided to MultiSkill Centre LTD.

Taxation payments are automatically deducted from your salary. Superannuation payments are paid into your nominated fund.

Payslips are automatically generated by Xero and sent to your email.
AREAS OF THE BUSINESS

Workers are only authorised to use a participant’s money or other property with the consent of the participant and for the purposes intended by the participant. Most often budgets for materials, food, goods etc are available for participant activities. If weekly shopping is being undertaken with an NDIS participant as their core services activity for example, assisting them to use their personal funds is appropriate. Amounts spent should be recorded in the access note for that appointment. Staff should not provide any financial advice or information to participants. Exceptions are instances that would reasonably be required under the participant’s plan, for example assistance with general budgeting life skill.
